At Something To Say, we take pride in our quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@somethingtosayofficial.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@somethingtosayofficial.com. We will be happy to assist you with your exchange and help you find the perfect fit.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@somethingtosayofficial.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
